SUNSEEKER MANHATTAN 63 | PRIVATE USE & RECENT UPGRADES
This 2012 model-year Sunseeker Manhattan 63 combines twin MAN V8-1200 engines on shaft drives with a three-cabin guest layout and separate crew accommodation. Privately used and never chartered, she benefits from a programme of equipment upgrades and maintenance completed during 2025 and 2026. Lying in Corfu, Greece, she is offered with EU VAT paid and a Williams 325 jet tender.
Accommodation comprises a full-beam master stateroom amidships, a forward VIP double and a twin guest cabin. The master and VIP have en-suite facilities, while the separate aft crew cabin provides flexibility for owners cruising with a captain. A spacious saloon, galley and dinette create comfortable surroundings for extended stays aboard.
Outdoor spaces include a teak-laid cockpit for alfresco dining, a foredeck sunpad and a generous flybridge with dining area, wet bar, sunpads and bimini shade. The hydraulic bathing platform provides convenient tender handling and access to the water.
Recent improvements include replacement chartplotters and exterior cushions in 2025, followed by new bathing-platform hydraulics, service and starting batteries, and toilet pumps and valves in 2026. Antifouling was applied in June 2026, and the watermaker has been fully serviced. Renewed saloon carpeting, a black-leather helm console and an Audiofill sound system with Bowers & Wilkins speakers further enhance the onboard experience.
The MAN engines show approximately 2,300 hours as recorded in September 2026. With her shaft-drive configuration, private-use history and recent investment across key onboard systems, this Manhattan 63 presents a well-equipped option for Mediterranean cruising.
